Blueprints
Blueprints
Target-state blueprints in a scenario-activation format: a concrete scenario, the agent team design with A x L positions, which of the seven planes activate, the controls, the economics, the honest limits, and the met...
How to read every blueprint
Every blueprint carries a mandatory honest limits section. A blueprint without one has not been researched.
Departments
- Blueprint
- it-and-service-desk.md
- The call it makes
- Where production agents actually concentrate. Access provisioning is a deterministic zone, and auto-closure is containment wearing a different name
- Blueprint
- customer-service.md
- The call it makes
- Every documented reversal set a containment or headcount target. Target resolution; agent-assist is the highest-return and least-demoed application
- Blueprint
- finance.md
- The call it makes
- Two deterministic zones in one department. Numeric analysis is a documented weak spot, so numbers route through the semantic layer
- Blueprint
- hr.md
- The call it makes
- Annex III on one side of the department and the clearest win on the other. Merely formal human participation is not sufficient
- Blueprint
- sales.md
- The call it makes
- The budget concentration is real. The unglamorous account-research and CRM-hygiene agents are the wins; autonomous outbound is not recommended
- Blueprint
- marketing.md
- The call it makes
- Labelling is a pipeline capability, not a policy. Review capacity is the constraint that grows
- Blueprint
- supply-chain.md
- The call it makes
- Idempotency and compensation on every action. Stops at the planning layer, because the shop floor is an OT boundary
Verticals
- Blueprint
- utilities-and-energy.md
- The call it makes
- Agents on the information path, not the control path. Three of four candidate applications are good ideas; switching order generation is the one every vendor demonstrates
- Blueprint
- banking-and-financial-services.md
- The call it makes
- Where the deterministic boundary was proved rather than argued. The cost of a wrong outcome is a regulatory finding, and it dominates the model
- Blueprint
- manufacturing-and-supply-chain.md
- The call it makes
- The founding metaphor tested at its own source. Different humans, doing different work, under a different failure model
- Blueprint
- public-sector.md
- The call it makes
- The citizen cannot choose another provider, which makes containment metrics actively harmful. Sovereignty-first by procurement as much as by law
